چکیده
Catalytic and noncatalytic copyrolysis of plastic heavy oil was studied using thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), pyrolysis reactor experiments, GC the formed liquid. As revealed by TGA predegradation as a pretreatment method had further lowered decomposition temperature polypropylene– (PP?) bitumen mixtures reduced severity catalyst deactivation coke. The presence PP in increased liquid yield decreased coke yield. shifted product distribution from heavier to lighter fractions while displayed highest percentage C5–C9 C9–C14 fractions. Based on performance catalysts, C5–C14 produced following order, HY > 20% USY APC K30, C14–C20 reverse order K30 HY. In-depth confirmed availability synergies during thermal Ex-Mwambe oil. Predegradation has intensified contact between two feed constituents, enabling synergistic effects materialize. excess insignificant amount C20+ affirmed possibility that facilitates conversion waxy hydrocarbons into products. Coke components are more volatile normal mixing contained higher hard

Advances of two-stage riser catalytic cracking of heavy oil for maximizing propylene yield (TMP) process
Two-stage riser catalytic cracking of heavy oil for maximizing propylene yield (TMP) process proposed by State Key Laboratory of Heavy oil Processing, China University of Petroleum, can remarkably enhance the propylene yield and minimize the dry gas and coke yields, and obtain high-quality light oils (gasoline and diesel). It has been commercialized since 2006. Up to now, three TMP commercial u...
متن کاملGeochemical Modeling with the Use of Vertical and Horizontal Relative Concentrations of Oil Compounds for the Heavy Oil Fields
The purpose of this study is the detection of lateral and vertical gradients of relative concentrations of compounds presented in oil. In addition, the detection allows us to assess potential drainage zones in a reservoir during the reservoir production by steam injection. In this paper, a new method for monitoring of steam chamber development in a 2D model was created and tested. The methodol...
متن کاملCopyrolysis of Biomass and Coal: A Review of Effects of Copyrolysis Parameters, Product Properties, and Synergistic Mechanisms
Concerns in the last few decades regarding the environmental and socioeconomic impacts of the dependence on fossil fuels have resulted in calls for more renewable and alternative energy sources. This has led to recent interest in copyrolysis of biomass and coal. Numerous reviews have been found related to individual pyrolysis of coal and biomass. This review deals mainly with the copyrolysis of...
